All content, branding, software, methodologies, reports, templates, designs, and other materials associated with QikVal and 1648 Capital are owned by or licensed to 1648 Capital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may use generated outputs for their internal business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from 1648 Capital.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1648 Capital, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in assessments;

• Business, investment, financing, or strategic decisions made by users;

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the service.

Users assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on information provided through QikVal.

1648 Capital may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue QikVal or any portion of its services at any time without prior notice.These Terms & Conditions may also be updated periodically. Continued use of QikVal following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 1648 Capital, without regard to conflict of law principles.
